Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Stychx app on your mobile device
- Navigate to your Profile (tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to "Quick Actions"
- Tap "Delete Account" (shown in red)
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap "Delete My Account" to complete the deletion
⚠️ Important Information
This action cannot be undone. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
- Your booking history will be removed
- Any uploaded photos will be deleted
- You will lose access to any reward points
- Active bookings may need to be cancelled separately
What Gets Deleted?
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, profile picture
- Personal Data: Address, preferences, settings
- Booking History: Past appointments and service records
- Photos: Any images you've uploaded
- Reward Points: Any accumulated points or rewards
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes:
- Financial transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
- Data required by law or legal proceedings
- Anonymized analytics data
